All sales are considered final. No cash refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted. All warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers. 

All goods for servicing must be collected within 2 weeks, if not we would not be liable or responsible for the dames or loss of goods in our practice. 

Goods sold must be collected within 2months, if not the sum deposited will be forfeited and the transaction would be considered VOID. Goods sold are considered in good and perfect condition and no defects would be entertained if not reported within 24hours. Collection date is just a tentative date that the company sets we would try our best to fulfill that date. 

In an event, when we cannot meet the said date, we would not be responsible for the delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, politics, traffic or suppliers. 

Original receipt is required for any and all warranty and return issues. Promotion items, package frames, super deals and best buys are not applicable for warranty.
